All Terrain Excavating is growing, and we’re hiring across South Burlington, VT and Chittenden County. We run a full schedule of foundation excavation, septic systems, underground utilities, stormwater work, demolition, retaining walls, cell towers, and forest roads, and most of it sits within 45 minutes of South Burlington. Our schedule runs through the end of the season, into December in a typical year, and year-round work is available to employees who show us their work ethic and ability.

Below you’ll find our open positions, including truck driver, equipment operator, laborer, and site work supervisor roles. Pay is based on your skill, your experience, and what you bring to the crew, and some roles come with added perks like a fuel stipend on top of your hourly rate.
