All Terrain Excavating is seeking an experienced Site Work Supervisor capable of managing a range of projects.
All Terrain Excavating needs a site work supervisor to lead projects in South Burlington, VT. We handle foundation excavation, septic systems, underground utilities, retaining walls, and demolition across Chittenden County, and most of it sits within 45 minutes of South Burlington. Our schedule runs through the end of the season, into December in a typical year, and year-round work is available to supervisors who show us their work ethic and ability.
You’ll run the site day to day. That means reading plans, laying out the work, operating equipment when the job calls for it, and keeping the crew moving toward the deadline. You’ll also quote and schedule jobs, so the estimating side of the business runs through you as much as the dirt does.
What You Need
- Experience leading sitework crews on drainage, utilities, foundations, retaining walls, or demolition
- Ability to read and interpret plans, and lay out a site from them
- Comfortable operating an excavator, dozer, or similar equipment
- Experience quoting and scheduling jobs for maximum efficiency
- A valid driver’s license, a CDL is not necessary but preferred
- Mechanical or welding experience is a plus
